1. XHANCE does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
2. All approved returns will be processed as product exchanges only.
3. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date the order is delivered.
Product exchanges are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
1. he product is unused
2. The product is in its original condition
3. The original packaging is intact and complete
4. A valid proof of purchase is provided
Products that have been used or worn are not eligible for exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors caused by XHANCE.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
1. Products that show signs of use or wear
2. Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
3. Sale or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)
To request a product exchange:

2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
3. Wait for confirmation and exchange instructions from our team
Items sent without prior approval will not be processed.
1. Shipping costs for product exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
2. If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent, shipping costs will be covered by XHANCE
For international orders:
1. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees
2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your exchange
